The Class D Preferred distribution is payable Thursday, January 15, 2015 to holders of record as of Friday, January 2, 2015. The distribution represents the initial payment for the extended period from October 2, 2014 through January 14, 2015. Future quarterly cash distributions for the Class D Preferred will be $0.539063 per unit.
