I agree there has not been any pumping, but you know the negative nellies want to make it appear that is what is happening, so we must proceed with caution.  I am all for open discussion, both sides, as long as it is supported with thorough DD.  So far the one negative I can see is Dwyer's salary.  Although, on a positive note, his salary is being deferred (with preferred shares) and not paid out of current cash flows, which suggests to me that he is willing to withhold his salary as he anticipates success in the company down the road.
