If the company files to change the cusip and ticker symbol we find out the accurate figure for the outstanding shares then we should all put sell orders in for our shares at $5.00 minimum - GOOD TILL CANCELLED!
I believe NITE has quite possibly naked shorted the equivalent amount of shares of the float.
If they had to try and buy 545m shares st $5 that would finish them off. Once and for all.
