BAD things over there my friend...you gotta see the PM I got from Admin...I raised my concern a Known Investment professional was not disclosing such and was giving advice via their forum ...I said this
"Sorry--he's an investment professional anyway you look at it...who stands to gain or lose on the movement of investments....he clearly has skin in the game....the only remaining question is why is that poster protected on Ihub"

My response:
"Anyone that invests others money is required BY LAW to disclose such if they are offering investment advice...which he is...I'm sure you know that..and so I ask again...why is this poster "protected by Ihub""

By the way, investment advisers are not IRP's. IRP's are hired by a specific company to tout their stock. That is not what an investment adviser is. As I said, learn and read about IR's."
And this I got this:
"Holy crap! You're persistent. Find me a link that PROVES that this person is an investment adviser. And show me the "investment advise" that he's offering others."
I would say Bashing a stock to death is "investment advice" wouldnt you?
