It is up to FINRA. Why would you care what his stock symbol is? meaningless. RICO said in one of his PR's that he applied for AQUA and he said he also had to give them a few more options in case AQUA was not approved. He was honest. It was IHUB who took it as final. It was a request and it is a process.

I do not know what happened or if he still has an agreement with this S. CA distributor. Not everything works out and he may still be working with him. Why don't you contact him and ask him what happened instead of saying it was a lie. He is a very open CEO and very open to talking about PLKD.
