Quite Possible.... That 40 million bid standing at .0001 could be a clue.
According to Mr. Kramer, money was the issue. He made no reference to hindrances.
An escrow fund may be set up that will directly pay the filings, Mr. Kramer suggested it.
We all will need to help the company. Hold your help until a workable written plan is in place and all of us have gone over it.
Stay strong brother as we have to work thru these trying times.
