All that sound's great, but what exactly is being done?
I'm making this post with deep regret as I'm sure to get a firestorm of scathing emails, messages, phone calls and perhaps post.
This is not a game. It's real people with real expectations.
This what I know to be true.....
I spoke to LaPorte Accounting today they have not heard from Chris is 2 months. They are not working on any of our accounting, and they can no longer work on anything of ours due to the recent SEC charges. Had they been working on it, they would have had to complete them.
I spoke to Mr. Kramer, our attorney. his response when asked about recent monies, was that the money had to go for other pressing matters. And, they were accounting for it now with paperwork. When asked, why wasn't this disclosed so we could acquire funding necessary to do the filings, he had no answer.
Chris has no money, no shares to sell.....
We need an update as to the accounting, what exactly is Chris going to do. We're in a massive bind here and financials are either done or who knows? It's not good.
