The article...this is how stupid and uninformed this speculator (short seller) is. Let me break it down.

Article: Another “red flag” for Brochstein was CEN Biotech advising the investment community earlier this year that its licence to grow pot was “imminent.”

Me: "It was imminent, we were asked to build faster by HC, told it would take 2 weeks, we did not build fast enough and the injunction was put in place dramatically slowing the process, it was imminent BEFORE all of that. LeSean McCoy of the Eagles promised a 2,000 yard season, my fantasy football team differs with his opinion as I drafted him and he failed to meet his prediction. Not one company out there does not speak in positive lights...I owned AMD stock, they are ALWAYS stating they guarantee the better CPU chips...yet Inel kills them."

Article: Not only does Health Canada insist it does not offer partnerships with potential licensed producers, but CEN Biotech has yet to obtain federal approval to grow marijuana, let alone sell it. The company also took a major step backwards last month over municipal zoning at its nearly completed high-security Lakeshore facility.

Me: Of course they have no license yet, HC is dragging their feet, publicly stating they are inundated with requests. They came out, had 2 fixes we fixed them, put back into the queue....then Lakeshore residents and officials did not get the bribes they wanted from FITX, so they stopped the process. They cited they had no idea of what they would grow, yet I in Florida knew everything and that building was outside being built for 6 months including open houses and numerous Council meetings earlier about plans and approvals which were approved by the city, now they are playing dumb.

“That was the risk they took – we told them 10 times over, ‘You need the proper zoning,’” said Lakeshore Mayor Tom Bain.

Me: The goverments of the entire planet ALL recognize MMJ as an agricultural product. There is only one place on earth MMJ is classified in the same catagory as Steel. That is Lakeshore.

Me: The last meeting many times it was stated the building is zoned agricultural, and that the building is correctly zoned. So they get that monkey off their back saying the building IS ZONED CORRECTLY and the building is zoned agricultural. Some genius then decides to pass a vote basically saying MMJ is Industrial, so since the town says it is industrial it cannot be grown there, hence the building was a waste to build. Canada has dumb laws saying you need a building to be inspected to get a license but you also need the license before you can build...ummm...yeah. Being lawyers they verify everything, go in front of the town, propose their idea, its approved, all aspects of operation green lighted, thumbs up, signed off, and approved even supported on video readily available on youtube. Suspiciously at the very last second, after build is complete and possible eve of license, the town says "Wait!!! what is this?? You want to do what there??? Had you guys only told us!!"

Me: Bottom line to that last one, we took no risk, the town as evident in last town meeting admitted we are zoned properly, they just at that point reclassified MMJ as industrial rather than agricultural. They told us 10 times yet they have documents and video interviews showing their backing and support. Mayor blatantly lying.
