No, and I love they way articles make it like Bill sold his shares for millions of dollars, he had what...10, 20 million shares??? Selling them at low prices. At most it may have been $500,000 total he got out of it. Still a ton of money but nothing worth going through all this pain over. I do think he saw SOME of these pains coming and wanted to get some money out NOW before it was all gone though.
But generally, you do not risk 20+ years of prison for fraud for not even close to a million bucks. There is no news, they are being quiet for legal reasons....to many unanswered questions, uncertainty. The stock will continue to fall until then. Honestly, I though we would have been sub-penny a month ago.
