@MRIBrocks That is a good point about the dilution in reference to the legal fees. My impression before your post had been that it was for the purpose of debt repayment, distribution/production/expansion, and salaries. I agree with your point also in regards to Margrit and Dan being busy. They are a small, family run operation with only so much manpower. Assuming your source is correct, I see the silence as a possible legal move that may have something to do with strategically circumventing Bodie, and, also, a way to keep safe while nervous and angry investors file premature complaints with regulatory agencies. Your last sentence is correct as well. Most people who invest will back an honest and transparent company that has product and shows continuous forward motion.
