Micro, I think I've found the information we've been looking for. OTCMarkets website is a little tricky to navigate but after a few hours, I ran across enlightening information that I was unaware of and a bit counter to what they state in other parts of their website. As I mentioned yesterday, one section of their website states that they do not charge a fee to public companies for quotation on their Pink tier. That statement is true...to a point. It certainly threw me for a loop I must say because today I found a page on their website that lists "conditions" for upgrading to their Pink Current tier, as well as all other levels.

It seems that even though they don't "charge a fee", they do require companies to "subscribe" to one of their services. So, they're making a distinction between a "fee" and a "service", and that threw me for a loop

This page states the requirements.

And his page lists the pricing for the "subscription".

I always hated when companies caused confusion like this

It looks like the company would have to pay an annual "subscription" of $4,200 and a one time $500 setup fee to upgrade to the Pink Current tier.

Also, the company must provide their financials in GAAP standard form which may cost them additional money in order to hire an accountant that can do that. Currently, the financials are not in GAAP and I'm not sure if whoever created them knows how, so that might require additional money. They don't have to be audited however. It usually costs a good penny to audit financials.

I still don't know how that would be of benefit to the company if they were able to do that. I'd like to know more about your reasoning behind that idea since I still don't quite understand where you're coming from.

In any event, I believe it's a legitimate issue to discuss even though some Christmas grinch's may not.
