*REPOSTING of KGEM's deleted post.* Regarding STT
Post# of 22
Regarding STTK. I currently own STTK, and hope it does well. However, they dumped 70 million shares in just seven days which killed all the good news the company released in their filings. Some say the dilution during the last six months is being used to eliminate debt. I will believe that when I see it in the next filing due the middle of January (not too far off).
STTK has a great product (radioloyalty.com), I suggest everyone try it since it is free and you earn points just for listening (even more if you fill our surveys or answer a few questions). STTK has increased revenue every quarter for the last four quarters, and dramatically reduced costs. Viewership is also up and big name advertisers are now using their service. However, they are still losing money, and may not be profitable until next year. The sector STTK is in is very hot right now, and their is a lot of consolidation going on. Because of the consolidation, some suggest STTK might be a buy-out or takeover target. I don't know, but this could be true if STTK does report zero debt in January and starts to turn profitable. The price is certainly cheap enough at just 0007 cents per share. But keep in mind, STTK has a history of doing reverse splits, and that is a big negative.
I decided this stock was a good bet because they now are being represented by SGFF, a firm that has a huge success rate with small start-up companies. SGFF is a legal firm that does not permit reverse splits, requires constant improvement, requires up-listing to the highest tiers, requires full reporting, and has a record of that looks like a whose who of successful start-ups. SGFF also has a division which specializes in M&A. I suspect this is where much of the talk comes from regarding a buy-out.
Please do your own due diligence on STTK before investing. I suspect you will find that for a company whose stock is selling for just .0007 cents, it has a lot going for it.
Now we just need the price to turn around.
