Well, this is just how I see it.....
They have the share count and the books.
The charge is what?
SEC Charges New Orleans-Based Energy Company and Executives With "Fraudulent Stock Manipulation"
There is nothing about stealing monies and no accounts frozen, or any monies seized.
Let's say it holds and they are guilty, doesn't mean any money was made by them. And let's say there was, you'd expect arrest, wouldn't you?
This will take millions of dollars to carry to fruition. For what purpose?
If there's nothing to recover, then the only loser is us.
And this charge is suppose to carry on the Belize oil find alone, where not one charged, was there. They just PR'd what the "experts told them"
