Why do people keep saying that others are shorting

Why do people keep saying that others are shorting this stock. I gaurantee that there isn't 1 person shorting it. It just doesn't make financial sense. Penny stocks attract novice investors that are trying to hit the lottery with minimal money. Our drop was do to these novice investors running scared and we all know scared money doesn't make money. Run little bitches run! Long GRCU... And remember invest with your head not over it!
