re the person who doesnt understand the difference between pinks and otcqb-upgrading vs uplisting -otc vs sec- read my previous answers-already answered you- relatively new poster- once on that
I've had long conversations w brokers who know practically nothing about the pennymarket since the pre-1999 wild west days, saying such has no financials and when i mentioned OTCQX 7 times in a long conversation the broker still didnt get it -looked it up and said it was a mutual fund-totally missing my point that pennies have financials except for no info
many brokers hate pennies and know practically nothing about the penny market and speak highly negatively of them
OTCQX essentially provides as much info to investors as big boards but is less costly and less red tape-which is what i meant by essentially the same reporting standards to keep my posts under 10 pages as nobody here will likely understand irrelevant technical details re these things so no need to spend your time trying to discredit me
