FAR better here Ihub has turned into what it is because its TOU encourages it...for example they have a "no personal attacks rule" which in effect ONLY applies to "member on member" and a no bashing and no pumping rule which is rarely enforced. Ihub lawsuits are rising especially against its MEMBERS especially I believe because of it..... they of course wash their hands and claim they are just a "third party", but its actually not true because they DO control content and conversation direction through a large list of TOU terms open to interpretation by a handful of "enforcers". You can say "Pres XXXX of YYYY Company sucks and is a criminal" but you can't say "Poster ZZZ is a liar". Its "selective free speech" and steers conversations in the only direction they will eventually go.... We established this Board as a no BS, fun, civil place to have reasonable conversations. If the Company does something not so good we will discuss it or vice-versa...but the TOU here is simple ... No bashing, no pumping, have fun , be nice...and that applies on EVERY topic
