It is very obvious to me from Jerry's response that the buyer has at least attempted to complete their part of the SPA but has not done so according to the internal JV002 reviews/standards to the date of his response.
This is not another delay tactic or why in the world would Jerry take the time to carefully word and explain, if you really read it at face value, what has been going on and what the various paths forward in the future are? And done with the deeper knowledge of commodity and explained at a non-technical level to help us all understand the complexities of the commodity markets as 4on4off stated.
This is not go into Walmart and buy the new release of some PlayStation or Xbox game.
