I don't yet know enough, but based on comments i've seen its not good. They say the new company might make stuff. But it'd be quite the coincidence they had the specific equipment we'd need. And putting equipment in there won't be cheap.

So far id have to say it sounds like a sweetheart deal to dilute through another entity. In that case, yes, it reeks.
