yes 10Q due for period ended Aug 31 and then will be current
OTC has required a new annual $10,000/ year surcharge for co's to be on OTCQB starting May 1,2014 =-phased in depending on a co's end of fiscal year -within 4 months of end of WOLV's May 31 fiscal year
so WOLV will have to pay that new OTCQB surcharge to be listed on OTCQB AND maintain a pps of 1c -also a new OTC requirement to be listed on OTCQB
Otherwise fully reporting SEC co's that dont meet those new OTC requirements are now listed as pink current co's- just to make things more confusing in the market-
OTC does want greater transparency but since 40% and now maybe 50% of for profit otc's revenues come from otc fee filings OTC's profit motive is involved also- and the new pps and pricing regimes push some fully reporting co's to otc pink current status
