SO RIGHT NOW WATCH CSTI WHO HAS BEEN ACCUMULATING FROM .11 TO .1450. WHOEVER IT IS HAS PUT ON OVER 3M SHARES THIS WEEK OR 360K IN DOLLARS SO ITS GETTING VERY INTERESTING HERE.
