Many are to be Commended on their Research/DD....One thing evident, all have certainly performed the "Fuzzy Math" evaluating the Authorized Share and Outstanding Share Structure..."No One has touched on the aspect of the "Proverbial What If", There really are not enough shares ,one artificially creates an atmosphere of you selling out of your position because that is the only way for a person/s to obtain the position they really want.... It is pretty well established Mr. McHenry is holding his tightly, no "Dilution So Far"
The "Self Induced" delays and missed deadlines create disbelief, lack of confidence and an artificial atmosphere to get You To Throw In The Towel. The Person/s wanting the position on the Cheap benefits...People having been Invested for years are finding it more and more difficult to hold on to their position.... Additionally , I believe several are considering the "Tax Implications of taking the loss" for end of year filings.. I have evaluated it myself...
We all have come to the understanding, This Is The Right Market at The Right Time. We are Yet To Find Out The Level of Participation that Mr. McHenry exibits.
Having Operational P&L responsibilities "Myself" in the past....It is Not Believable, for me, that Mr. McHenry is creating this Revenue Stream, Base Costs and Variable Costs equaling "Net Gain Productivity" by "Himself"...
Promoting, growing and "SHOUTING FROM THE ROOFTOPS" your Business success is what it is all about. IT MUST BE SOUNDLY DEMONSTRATED YOUR "PRODUCT EQUITY" AND THAT YOU ARE "WORTHY OF MY INVESTMENT"
Each person is responsible/accountable for their own actions...
It is Plausible the Artificially Generated Environment, is to "MAKE IT DIFFICULT FOR MANY TO HOLD ON" for an others benefit.... We shall see...
I Look for The Attorney Letter, Newswire PR, 2nd Quarterly Report due Jan 15th, 2015. If We manage to get "Audited Financials' in the mix...even better....The Revenue Stream is "Trending Positively and should not be "Discounted" Least we forget..."It Is A Startup Company" Filing As A Going Concern
