He's not in the game? Now that is worrisome. FINRA is a side issue. If Mark were selling tractors and people knew the company was doing well, the share structure would be largely irrelevant. If the market cap was just 10 million and O/S was 3.2 billion, we'd be looking at a current share price of .003 or after a reverse split to 21 million at roughly .50
