All, connected to my post earlier in the day, I believe the company to be on sound footing, contracts and funding are being negotiated, the prospects of which look relatively good. It is my understanding that Treaty just moved their offices to a Regus suite in downtown New Orleans, and one of the corporate officers provided rent and security deposit monies for the relocation. It is true that the company is looking for some temporary stopgap funding at this time, which is my understanding.
