Restaurant Hosted Grand Opening Celebrations and Ribbon Cutting
COSTA MESA, Calif., Dec. 17, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- El Pollo Loco , the nation's leading fire-grilled chicken restaurant chain, celebrated the grand opening of its newest location at Copperfield in Houston, TX, on Wednesday, December 17. The new restaurant, located at 8473 Hwy 6 N., hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony which included featured remarks from Leslie Martone, Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce President and El Pollo Loco Vice President of Marketing, Mark Hardison.

El Pollo Loco has also teamed up with the Houston Food Bank to support families in need in the greater-Houston area. The company presented a $1,000 check to Jennifer Reeves from the Houston Food Bank on Wednesday Morning. The monetary donation translates to providing 3,000 nutritious meals to children in need in Southeast Texas.

The new Copperfield location is the second location in the greater Houston area and 11th in the state of Texas. The restaurant is open seven days a week from 10:00AM – 11:00 PM, with dine-in service concluding one hour prior to closing.
