All the equipment at the mine is well maintained, it has to be, since iron mining is the hardest on equipment, the D8N, is a gem, having been set up for years, almost 100% on undercarriage, tracks and blade, $30,000 was spent on initial repairs its older than the R models but is the best tractor by far, almost like new condition. The Terex 400-2 was bought from Terex Financial services a Repo, at a very good price, it’s a 2006, with 6,000 hrs, Value now $168,000.00 we put new tires on it and fixed a few minor things, its as good as new.. It is also the best loader out there now. The custom mag separator cost $175,000.00 to build, we bought the magnet, 30x60-inch at 57,000.00 total $232,000.00, all equipment at the mine is in great shape..
