how fascinating PP >> your *interest*

again i've answered this a few x over .. including *today*

it starts with the electronic trail laid down by mgmt in 2014

imo DOMINO (do a search *there*) started with the hiring of the CFO
cliff notes version >> cue subbie on PRO side to query forms filed by CFO
CFO took one third of his $150k salary in PTOI (an OTC sub 10c stock)

hmmmm

toss in other *realities* in 2014

including the expense of remaining dolt compliant (fins filed)
5 and 10 year NYSDEC permits (vs priors)

and the *hint* on 7.1.14 re: national co. that does exist via public domain
and the last update with 2 hints >> (2 co.s) >> that was 8k'd in November

let me draw the brain trust a picture

the tech is valid .. and yep >> based on my belief that mgmt and co.founder
won't be self funding in 2015 >> it leaves few options

a buyout by X >>Y >> or Z

or flying solo with guidance of this national co. >> who have *DECADES*
of leverage (experience)

here's a hint on the buyout option ..

because imo every mgmt worth their salt pursues multiple paths in parallel

leverage for the buyout price will come from *prox sales*

and here's another hint >> and *MY OPINION* >> price tag will be above
what original pipe investors *paid* >> 80c ..

i'd like to believe even the brain trusts of the one syllable variety >> understand why

so yep >> i do believe that P2O will have their first sale 8k'd b4/by EOY
that is 12.31.14

coincidentally .. besides today's *date* re: FILTH's efforts from one year ago
the timing i'd choose

it sets up the NEW YEAR ..

which i'm already focused on re: seating of an indy BoD .. or not

want the cliff notes on that too?
