Margrit should do a reverse split now before this slides down any further. Maybe a 5,000 to one split. That would get the PPS up far enough that she could get a few hundred thousand in financing. With that money, she could have a container shipped to Brazil and get a few containers shipped to the US.
Current shareholders would need to do some cost averaging as this strategy will sting a little in the short run but in the long haul, it makes great sense to really get the company moving.
I just sent both Margrit and Dan emails suggesting that many shareholders see the long term value in a significant reverse split as a means to an ends.
