The Decline of 200MA (.0147) is rapidly deteriorating the base-line value gained by G
RCU and is on the brink of accelerated downward movement. The other concern is the heavy weight of over 5 Billion shares traded above .0040 and the difficulties of every resistance point and moving average from the entire years investors at various level - all holding red paper at this point.
Flippers at the .0040 that bought prior to Feb 2014 is the force that drives PPS downward. ( GRCU, Green Cures Inc, insiders ). I am quit certain that liquidation at tighter and tighter margins will continue until Merger is completed and SS is restructured.
How current investors maintain value for holding GRCU shares thru transition is yet to be explained by CEO, CFO, or BOD....This knowledge is being held tight lipped while 200MA Roles Over and Plays Dead, and liquidation continues at about 5 - 10 million shares a day.....
