What does ntek have, that a reasonable person can prove. Not just because ntek said so, or because they put out a "ir", and their "partner" did too.
As Meow reminded us, Spongetech had "partners" , products, big box presence, and commercials, and sponsorships.
Ntek has "partners" , a prototype product, no big box presence, no online presence outside their own website, no commercials, and sponsorships that i can't figure out what benefits we get besides pumpers get some perverse satisfaction from touting.
Oh, we got one app on one tv manufacturer with some questionable content. Is it 100 hours or 500 hours. Was the content "converted" by ntek 4k studios, as once claimed, or procured in a deal, as they later announced?
Anyone got an answer for anything so far?
Then there's the issue of fins.
Last year, September ended quarter, they claimed 3 million revs from "media" sales from perhaps nanoflix, in maybe other countries, even though no one has any idea if nanoflix even exists, much less what content it has. I doubt they had any revs, just sales of stock.
The quarter ended last December was supposedly even better with 5 million in revenue. (Don't forget big, who got cheap shares and was gonna go on msnbc to tout ntek and the np1 even though it hadn't even been built yet.)
Does any of this dovetail with the bod saying at 2013 shm that pps could reach a Dollar?
Or davy and ntek saying the np1 was coming only 6 months from inception to market, by black friday or later changed to Christmas? When it usually took 6 months, and all along, not only wasn't it coming in 6 months, they barely issued shares y Big to develop it, and he got his prototype last feb, march? And didn't tell anyone it was a prototype till july? After the kitkat delay?
Fast forward to the quarter ended March, revenue again reached 5 million. And Again, no one has any idea where it came from besides sales of stock.
They issued a "divided" worth a total of 1 or 2 hundred thousand dollars, and they at least admitted that they sold stock to pay that.
Well, don't forget, as part of the pump hype last fall, they said they had paid for audits.
Oh, and they expected to start buy backs in July.
So, now the quarter ended June.
Revenue mysteriously dropped from 5 million a quarter, to just over 1 million! And yet, they had paid the "dividend" just a month prior.
Let's review.
They pumped the stock to .17.
Thats 17 million dollars for every 100 million shares issued.
Let's say they issued 100 million shares at sub pennies. Then another hundred million shares at a nickel.
Then they say, hell, why not get on gravy train and issue another 200 million shares or so, after we pump and hype the hell out of it with help from Big. For 12-17 cents, that's over 30 million dollars easy.
Let's add a dozen "employees" , and "buy" some "machines" , and tell people we're converting films.
Then let's issue another 250 million sharez, at 5 cents that's another 12 million dollars.
Let's look at expenses.
Np1, what, a hundred grand for a few hundred units? They'll never actually be offered for sale on a large scale and we can milk that for months with excuses.
Ultraflix. Some uhd films, even Imax from what i hear. Cost, maybe a few hundred grand.
Pinball machines. Not sure why they did this, except it seems to be the newest shiny object of distraction whilst they move the goal post yet again. Cost, maybe a few thousand dollars with their talent.
Did i miss any assets?
Np1, ultraflix, pinball, anything else?
Did i miss by much on costs?
Anyone have proof of 50+ employees?
I get a dozen people splitting more than 50 million dollars so far, probably more, and no "partners" to speak of, (that heard of them anyway) , an app on one tv, 2 pinball machines, some questionable endorsements. I have a friend who used to fight mma and is still into it big-time. When i point out fighters we've sponsored, he just gives me a blank stare and says he never heard of us.
So yeah, money.
This may or may not be just another share selling scam.
I've laid out a case. Admittedly i am putting together what i know, which is the bulk of this post, along with some conjecture which seems to fit.
I can honestly think of no other scenarios at this point.
Maybe if we see some "mergers and acquisitions ", and stock buybacks, instead of dilution and a looming increase in the A.S. because the O.S. is bumping up against it, and audits, and proof, actual proof, not tweets from davy that shows "hordes" of ultraflix subscribers, maybe then I'll believe again.
For those who say i should sell, i offer this:
Look at this post and tell me anything i said happened didn't.
There is some filling in of blanks as far as whether or not it is a real company, but my scenario, absent of any delivery of promises, besides what I've laid out, is plausible.
The reason i took a few hours to write this is because i'm totally ruined. Im trying to learn from my mistakes, even though I'll never recover from this one.
Plus, I'm hoping someone can show me where I'm wrong. Cause my hope is gone. Prove, this isn't a share selling scam.
I've covered ALL, their products, and made reasonable estimates of costs, except for rents.
It is possible, this is legit.
Please, someone prove it!
Thanks
