No BULL. Any BS third party can promote a company. They need not be compensated by the company. I'm sure you've heard of a pump and dump(?). Of course you have 
I'm sure you are also familiar with buying groups who influence penny stock prices and nickel and dime honest investors.
Your examples are not of the types of companies where damage is usually done to unwitting investors. I notice you didn't bother to post the TECO data but rather sought out 2 blue chip examples. Maybe we should look and the other OTC's you seem to get your name associated with, just for chuckles.
