i have zero doubts we see the first prox sold >> 8k'd b4/by EOY
that ends one *round* and transitions to another
the next round >> pertains *IMO* to whether P2O flies solo or not
layman's term ..
they uplist and force a partial cover (signal imo will be BoD seated) in early 2015
or they don't (seat a BoD) and go the acquisition route (they are acquired)
the difference *currently* >> IMO >> is about 2 BILLION $ give or take 500K$
