I have not been able to post a picture that doesn'

I have not been able to post a picture that doesn't have an internet link.......so somehow, the picture has to be uploaded and accepted onto the internet, and then you can post a link to that picture.

I beleive it has something to do with protecting the hangout from copyright infringements................
