excerpt from the SEC complaint- "In the Fall of 2011, Treaty hired a stock promoter to post misleading or untrue information on internet message boards, such as investorshub and investorshanhout regarding operations in the Belize Program, including false statements such as ("I'll be there when she blows"
and claiming the company was on the verge of striking oil."
