I'm trying to see if anyone has membership access,

I'm trying to see if anyone has membership access, I would like to find at the soonest moment when the SEC approves the Form S1 for CEN BIOTECH INC. Current ticker FITX. They announced a Spin-Off on Nov 19th, 2014. Does anyone have access to this information. I know that the S1 Form when approved can be viewed in REAL time on the website... Unfortunately I am not a member but if someone is please respond I will chime in daily to see if someone has. Thanks for your time.
