I believe there are two things stopping BGL from posting a link 1) is the fact that they have not lodged an appeal! LOL
I personally believe that they had 18 months to lodge such an appeal after the 17th August ruling against them when they tried to have their name put on the concession titles and then there was a further judgement two weeks after that date in which four judges also decided against BGL. So the case came crashing down around them in that short time.
I think they had 18 months to appeal and were either advised they had little or no chance of winning - as they only had an Option to purchase the 60% share of the mines - not a binding contract to purchase the 60% share from MSJ.
Secondly, I also believe that if they admit they lost, they will have to take the hit on the costs of bringing the case against MSJ which Winstoncooper stated was listed in their unaudited accounts as about C$10.2m or so.
If BGL has their accounts audited properly, they will have to file for bankruptcy and then it will be game over.
Just that fact alone would make SRGE's share price start to move up in my view as everyone would be expecting news from either MSJ about a new listing or a sale of the mines or direct from SRGE about what direction the company will take now.
Just my views folks from reading between the lines. I may be wrong, I may be right! I'm sure we will find out in the coming months.
