My pick is GTRQ at 0.1383

DD FOR NEW INVESTORS

ORIGIN

Geotraq has created the worlds first Cell ID tracking device. It is the worlds smallest, least expensive, longest lasting tracking device.

They purchased the shell company (MBYL) back in April. Since then they have audited the financials and written a prospectus (S1) that will go effective 12/15.

They have created an alpha device and are currently building the beta device that should be unveiled in the middle of January.

THE BUSINESS PLAN

GTRQ will raise $1 million through the offering to fund the launch of their product.
The margins will be around 50%...The device will be built for around $8.50 each and sold for $17.00
The service will cost the company six tenths of a penny per ping (location request) and they will sell the service for 1 penny per ping.
They will use the profits and purchase order financing to fund scaling the business ...meaning no need to come back to the shareholders for any more money..and eliminating the need for any dilution.

SHARE STRUCTURE

75 million authorized shares
58 million outstanding shares
22 million shares in the float

THERE HAS BEEN NO DILUTION
THERE IS NO TOXIC FINANCING

THE MARKET

The telematics industry is huge and only getting bigger.
The one glaring problem with the industry today is that there is RFID (which is is inexpensive but has a very small range) and there is GPS which is effective, but is bulky, expensive and sucks the battery dry very quickly)

Most likely, the insurance industry will give discounts for using our tracking device that will be equal or greater than the cost of using it.

Geotraq's Cell ID device fills in the white space between Cell ID and GPS...the market for this device could be in the hundreds of millions if not billions of dollars.
