Bashers (paid or not) are out for something. Some for the money. Some for a grudge (there's more than a few people other's want to blame). But, few (if any) have any skin in the game.
Pumpers are certainly trying to make their investment more appealing to the masses. They do have skin in the game and certainly want to make some money from it.
If this is a scam it's got to be an incredible one. With the SEC threats I've read for over a year, you'd think something would have been found. There's not one product (per your other investment loss) but six divisions in this company. Offices in San Jose, San Francisco, Fremont, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and (not sure of city) the east coast.
You know I've visited the headquarters in San Jose. Wasn't a huge building but certainly was a warehouse space with multiple offices and people doing some sort of work in them. If there are only a couple hundred NP-1's in existence, I either saw them all or they put a whole bunch of empty carcas' out and put phony invoices/shipping orders with each.
I believe this company is legit. That said, it doesn't guarantee it's going to be a money maker (as an investment or otherwise).
I will make you a single recommendation: Don't take anything you read over there on that side too much to heart. I'd say doing so would not be good for one's health. Read it for the soap opera that it is - and, give it about equal credence (which is to say for entertainment purposes only).
The real folks are those right here, in my humble opinion.
