It's been a year now and investors have learned that Mr. Heddle lied to them about transparency and mid-quarter updates. Mr. Heddle lied by omission by not disclosing the plant was broken for six months...and after he promised transparency. Mr. Heddle lied when he announced that the plant was fixed. When Mr. Heddle finally did give an update, he gave no excuses for why he both lied and withheld information from investors.
Mr. Heddle is effectively waving a big flag which says, "Look at me, I'm a scoundrel!!" I would say Mr. Heddle is almost as dishonest as Mr. Bordynuik. Is it any wonder Mr. Bordynuik appointed him as CEO??
If your neighbor down the street whom you never spoke to before came to you and offered you a get-rich-quick opportunity for $40, would you give it to him?? So why would people keep averaging down with thousand of dollars on two con men who have shown investors beyond any doubt that they're dishonest??
