I fully expect them to have everything working to

I fully expect them to have everything working to perfection this next time around, but is there anything like a three strikes and you're out rule? Like is there a point where you would just get deemed unfit or is it just keep doing it until it's perfect and then proving flights start? As I said, I expect it all to work this time around, but wasn't sure of the implications of not passing through.
