Been researching NTEK Nanotech Entertainment Inc. I started my research here on investors hangout and also looked at other forums.
Can anyone tell me the pros and cons of NTEK stock?
is NTEK a buy or sell at this point?
I have read a lot of the posts here on the board

Spent a little time looking at the recent charts. I must say. I am not any expert at the stock charts.
From what I have seen there was a big spike in the price per share towards the end of November hitting around 6 cents and now back at .0425
Can anyone tell me the reason for the spike? Promotion? Company news?
There were 3 releases towards the end of November
NanoTech's UltraFlix™ All 4K Streaming Service Set to Launch on Samsung UHD TV's in November
and
NanoTech Adds 19 New Documentaries Created for IMAX® to UltraFlix 4K Ultra HD Network
and
NanoTech's Iron Dragon TV Launches with Live Streaming Event Hosted by Tim Kennedy and Guy Mezger
