PPJ Healthcare Enterprises Inc. takes action against paid basher

TAMPA, Florida, Dec. 11, 2014 – PPJ Healthcare Enterprises Inc. (OTC Pink: PPJED) (PINKSHEETS: PPJED) is conducting an investigation into whether a paid basher (not a shareholder) of the company on online message boards of Investors hub has financial ties to a litigant involved in an ongoing lawsuit to collect its assets.
A frequent poster on the online stock website investorshub.com who posts under the screen name “janice shell” has been identified as Janice Evans of Philadelphia, who may be maintaining a post office box in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania while residing in Delaware.
Evans attended the recent trial between PPJ and Narinder S. Grewal, MD (Grewal), a Santa Clarita-based pain management physician and former client and former PPJED board member, who was found to have bilked the company out of millions of dollars during a period from 2001-07.
Evans had been actively attempting to destroy the value of PPJED stock each and every day of the hearing which lasted almost six weeks.
It is obvious that Evans is being paid by Grewal’s dirty money (money he earned by defrauding Medicare, Medi-Cal and other Government insurers. http://www.dodig.mil/IGInformation/IGInformat...ewalPR.pdf ) to engage in on going defamation with false statements and trying to impress other posters on the investorsbub.com message board. The Company was advised by some to file a lawsuit against Investors’ Hub. However, Ms. Basu, CEO of PPJED feels that IHUB provides an opportunity for the shareholders of companies to voice their opinion regarding the company they have invested in. This purpose of the message board is noble.
Evans is not a shareholder of PPJED and she has no business in the PPJED message board specially to bash the Company. Evan’s acts are considered to be criminal acts and the Company is considering filing criminal charges against Evans for fraud, cyberstalking, defamation, libel, intention to disrupt Company business and destruction of PPJ shareholders investments and violation of Section 17B of the Securities Act of 1933.

According to an initial PPJED investigation, Evans (“janice shell or her assign”) posed as an employee of Dr. Narinder S. Grewal, the defendant in the PPJED lawsuit during the recent trial. Each and everyday during the entire trial period Evans posted all events live (some far from truth) for six weeks and to try to demoralize the Company shareholders. While Grewal was tampering and altering and stealing the evidence already admitted to the Court, Evans was twisting the facts and bashing the Company. It is now suspected that Evans also contacted some of the jurors through their facebook accounts and may have tampered or attempted jury tamper, one juror stated in court during hearing that she was contacted. Before the Company could do any news releases, Evans had already posted the story and the verdicts. Evans then proceeded to post a variety of inaccurate statements about the Company and the ongoing lawsuit which negatively affected the company’s financial position, according to PPJED officials.

The Company is in process of lodging formal complains with IC3.Gov, a division of Federal Bureau of Investigation for internet harassment which caused harm to one’s credibility and damage to its finances.
