Looks to me like signs of desperation. Obviously cash flow is not keeping up with expenses. The dilution is coming fast and furious. JMO but what good is brand awareness in NY if the product isn't readily available? Kind of like putting the cart before the horse. Commercials are great if you have product in the pipe. I truly hope they survive this but my holdings aren't worth crap anymore so I will just hang on to them for entertainment purposes.
