Celtics, 1099 Sales Reps are the hungriest reps out there. These Reps have an innate culture to overcame and conquer. They don't want a base pay, they want to earn everything straight up. They are the best at asking for the business and closing the sale. Years ago when I was at Glaxo, the VP of Sales stated he was bombarded with calls from other pharma VPs arguing that Glaxo's commission structure was too high. His response was a simple one. The more bonus that was paid, the higher the profits for the company. As you all know Glaxo turned into a multi-multi-billion dollar company. As investors, NONE OF US should care what the commission rate is. Let Mr. Schneiderman run the business and generate the volume. I think he has proven he knows what his is doing. SCRC is a company with a $60M+ run rate, with $1.2M in the bank, and now has secured financing from a reputable institution. What else needs to be said? Oh, the current pps, it's like a bomb ready to explode. There is a phrase in life called, "delayed gratification". We all live in the "I want it now" culture. We've had all this great news and still set at .11 - .12. Get over it, it's all coming together, this stock will meet, and I truly believe, exceed everyone's expectation. I don't talk to Mr. Schneiderman everyday, I don't know what other decision are the table, I only know what I read. I can't be more excited about SCRC and the future.
