Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S has planned the following dates in 2015 for annual and interim reports and the annual general meeting, etc.:
| 4 March 2015 | Annual report 2014 (expected to be published before 9:00 hours CET) |
| 12 March 2015 | Final deadline for any shareholder requests to include specific issues on the agenda for the annual general meeting |
| 23 April 2015 | Annual general meeting (Radisson Blu Falconer Hotel & Conference Center, Falkoner Allé 9, DK-2000 Frederiksberg at 15:00 hours CET) |
| 12 May 2015 | Interim report – first quarter 2015 (expected to be published before 9:00 hours CET) |
| 12 August 2015 | Interim report – first half-year 2015 (expected to be published before 9:00 hours CET) |
| 11 November 2015 | Interim report – third quarter 2015 (expected to be published before 9:00 hours CET) |
