Agree! For the record it was a genius move by Bob S to do the .05 cent stock as plain and simple SAVED THE COMPANY. If another convert was written its over. The guy who compares 12m shares at .09 to 22m shares at .05 does not know his butt from his elbow. In the case of converts during a certain period a converter can take lets say a million shares and could have whacked scrc down to .02 and it would have been 50m shares plus and not 22m. For the record I had 2 very intelligent investors tell me his argument is a joke as he has no clue how converts work. Its not as he advertises.
