I've got one company critique/complaint and have made the company aware of it. Whether they respond or not remains to be seen. Simply put, they need an investors relation department. If their site says leave a comment and we'll get back to you in 24 hours, follow through . We all know they want to be taken seriously and are turning this into something legit, so let's make the communication legit. Not asking for a PR, I know they do that on their terms, but I did explain to them that there are many people that are supporting them and defending them against some potential defamation and are bleeding out in the process. Many of us are holding 1-2 years to see where this new sector goes, but if they want to be a professional business and want to be seen as a serious company they really need to vet questions from investors and provide some communication and feedback.
