Whatever happens, I don't want a soul in here blaming Chris. I'm sure he's in a tough spot and wasn't prudent. He probably wasn't given the facts and climbed in oblivious to the current situation.
This is going concern with debt hanging like Gorillas in Mist. Looks like to me he personally guaranteed 6 figure notes already in default. Crazy!
In law, doctrine of reasonable expectations would most likely prevail.
But it's all to the point of being silly.
