Sorry to burst your bubble but I am not 4retire although it sounds like we've both been around TMM a long time. I disagree about the countersuits, I can't see any company doing a contract with us while we're being sued for the technology ownership, it would be lunacy on their part as if TMM loses they could be sued for damages by Dimension. I can't see how either company can make headway with the suits going on, I'm very surprised they haven't worked this out yet rather than waiting another year for a trial.
