SALT LAKE CITY, Dec. 11, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- American Transportation Holdings, Inc.(ATHI), announced that it will hire a PCAOB certified accounting firm to audit the company and assist it to become fully reporting during the first quarter of 2015. The company's Audit Committee voted unanimously in to hire an accounting firm that can audit the company and assist with becoming fully reporting and file periodic reports with the SEC.
Management is in favor of becoming fully reporting. "This is a vote for transparency in the market," said Ian Stewart, CEO of ATHI. "We are establishing a culture of transparency and providing investors the complete picture of our company," he said.
