The company's Audit Committee voted unanimously in to hire an accounting firm that can audit the company and assist with becoming fully reporting and file periodic reports with the SEC.
Management is in favor of becoming fully reporting. "This is a vote for transparency in the market," said Ian Stewart, CEO of ATHI. "We are establishing a culture of transparency and providing investors the complete picture of our company," he said.
